How to apply to Mrs. Haque’s School?

We encourage you to take a moment to click through each tab below to familiarize yourself with our admissions process. This understanding is vital in ensuring a smooth transition for your family and your child into our school.

Step 1: Online Application

Complete the online application form. To begin the Online Application process, click the link below and create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create a
New Student Application for your child. You will then be able to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

Please ensure that you complete the application form for the desired grade and session, taking into account the following age cut-offs and adhering to admission deadline dates. Admission Age Criteria & Application Deadlines for August 2026 can be found here.

While filling out the application you will be required to upload, additional documents. Ensuring these documents are prepared in advance will facilitate a seamless application submission.

Mother's National Identity Card (NIC)
Recent Family Photograph
Recent Applicant Passport Size Photograph

When you have completed your application click on the submit button. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an automatic email from the admissions department that your application has been received. The admissions department will then be in touch for the next steps.

Please note that the admissions department will only start contacting families once the interview and assessment process for a particular grade has begun.

Step 2: Interview & Assessment

Shortlisted families will be contacted via email to arrange an interview and an assessment date and time.

Interview: Both parents must accompany their child for the parent interview and child's assessment.

Assessment: Assessments for Prep and Nursery students are thoughtfully designed to ensure a positive and child-friendly experience. The process includes play-based activities to observe creativity and problem-solving and informal interactions to gauge social and emotional
development. We also value insights from parents through interviews, fostering a holistic understanding of each child.

Applicants who have been offered acceptances to Mrs. Haque's School will be asked to submit the following documents to confirm their seat and admission:

Non-refundable admission fee
Signed terms and conditions by both parents
Copy of school clearance/leaving certificate (if applicable)

Once all the documents have been received, the admission to Mrs. Haque's School is confirmed and the student will be enrolled.

Admission Deadlines for 2026 Forms

Grade	Age Range in August 2026	Deadline for Application
Prep	1 year 4 months - 2 years 3 months	1st November 2025
To apply to Prep for the academic year 2026 to 2027, the applicant’s date of birth must fall between 1st May 2024 and 30th April 2025.
Nursery	2 years 4 months - 3 years 3 months	30th August 2025
To apply to Nursery for the academic year 2026 to 2027, the applicant’s date of birth must fall between 1st May 2023 and 30th April 2024.

Application Submission deadlines: Prep Class of 2026 is 1st November 2025 Nursery class of 2026 is 30th August 2025

While siblings are given some preference in the admission process, it is essential to note that admission is not guaranteed and is contingent upon the comprehensive assessment procedure.

Due to the substantial volume of applications and the limited number of available seats, it's important to note that submitting an application does not guarantee admission, as the selection process is competitive.
