How to apply to Haque Academy?

We encourage you to take a moment to click through each tab below to familiarize yourself with our admissions process. This understanding is vital in ensuring a smooth transition for your family and your child into our school.

Step 1: Online Application

Complete the online application form. To begin the Online Application process, click the link below and create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create a
New Student Application for your child. You will then be able to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

Please ensure that you complete the application form for the desired grade and session, taking into account the following age cut-offs and adhering to admission deadline dates. Admission Age Criteria and Application Deadlines for August 2024 can be found below.

While filling out the application you will be required to upload, additional documents. Ensuring these documents are prepared in advance will facilitate a seamless application submission.

Father's National Identity Card (NIC)
Mother's National Identity Card (NIC)
Recent Family Photograph
Recent Applicant Passport Size Photograph
Latest Report card

When you have completed your application click on the submit button. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an automatic email from the admissions department that your application has been received. The admissions department will then be in touch for the next steps.

Please note that the admissions department will only start contacting families once the interview and assessment process for a particular grade has begun.

Step 2: Interview & Assessment

Shortlisted families will be contacted via email to set a date for an interview as well as an assessment of the child. Student assessments will be taken in English Composition, English Comprehension, Math and Urdu (Grades 5-8). Please note that we do not provide syllabi for the assessments.

Applicants wishing to take O level Add Math, Physics and/or Chemistry will also be asked to take a Combined Science assessment.

Students of Grade 1 onwards will also have a short meeting with the academic coordinator Admission to Haque Academy will be given based on a child's performance on their test and his/her interview with the academic coordinator.

Applicants who have been offered acceptances to Haque Academy will be asked to submit the following documents to confirm their seat and admission:

Non-refundable admission fee
Signed terms and conditions by both parents
Copy of school clearance/leaving certificate (if applicable)

Once all the documents have been received, the admission to Haque Academy is confirmed and the student will be enrolled.

Admission Deadlines for 2025 Forms

Grade	Age Range in August 2025	Deadline for Application
KG 1	3 years 4 months – 4 years 3 months	16th December 2024
To apply to KG1 for the academic year 2025 to 2026, the applicant’s date of birth must fall between 1st May 2021 and 30th April 2022
KG 2	4 years 4 months – 5 years 3 months	17th February 2025
To apply to KG2 for the academic year 2025 to 2026, the applicant’s date of birth must fall between 1st May 2020 and 30th April 2021
Grade 1 to 10	5 years 4 months – 6 years 3 months	17th February 2025
To apply to Grade 1 for the academic year 2025 to 2026, the applicant’s date of birth must fall between 1st May 2019 and 30th April 2020

Space Availability
While siblings are given some preference in the admission process, it is essential to note that criteria for admission are not different for a sibling of Haque Academy compared to any other student and admission is contingent upon the comprehensive assessment procedure and the availability of seats in the respective grade levels. Due to the substantial volume of applications and the limited number of available seats, it is important to note that submitting an application does not guarantee admission, as the selection process is competitive.
