Applying to HA

We generally open up application forms up to 1 year in advance. This means that currently you can complete the application form for the 2021 academic session. Completing an application too early may result in not having up to date information, so do make sure that whenever you complete the form, your information is up to date.

You will not be asked to create an account for the inquiry. 

For the application form however, once you get a link from the admissions office, you will be asked to create an account through which the admissions department can stay in touch with you. 

Due to the increasing number of applications each year, we have a two-step selection and shortlisting process, whereby admission inquiries need to be submitted first. If it gets shortlisted, then the detailed online application can be completed.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on the information provided on the inquiry which includes the grade they are applying for and their latest report card. Shortlisting of candidates is also dependent on the number of seats available in a grade level for a particular year.

Generally, the more information you provide the easier it is for us to make a decision and move forward. There are certain documents in the application process which are necessary and not providing them may result in your application not being processed further.

It is generally not possible to do this. If there is a major change that has taken place such as contact information, please contact the admissions department so we can correct the information.

Once you have submitted your application you will receive a confirmation message. You can also log into your account and see the status of your application. Throughout the process we will update applicants about the "stage" of their application.

Yes. However applicants submitted closer or after the deadline may not be processed due to seat availability.

School fee information is provided once the applicant has been shortlisted. During the admission process families are required to submit a registration fee before the interview and a non-refundable admission fee at the time of confirming the admission.
