A Day In the Life
7am.
It's time to wake up. I like to give myself enough time for breakfast and relaxing before I log into my classes.
8 - 9:15 am
Time to log into my LMS & zoom class. It's classroom meeting first which means I get to have a quick check-in with my teacher and classmates before the first period, math.
9:15 - 9:30 am
Class is done. I have a 15 minute break to stretch and get a snack.
9:30 - 10:30 am
Time for history class. We're studying all about Ancient Egypt. Today's class we get to go into our break out groups and work on our final project.
10:45 - 11:45 am
It's science class and we have to continue working on our projects. After a few minutes discussing how my project is going with the class, my team members and I go into our break out rooms to continue working on the task assigned to each of us. We decide to meet later again online to bring each of our elements together and finalize our work for submission next class.
12 noon - 1pm
Last period of the day; language class. I'm excited because I get to use peer grade and a comprehension app.
It's 1 pm and I'm done with my classes for the day. Time to go and see what's for lunch before I start my homework. I have some math questions to answer and submit on my LMS and I have set up a short meeting on zoom with my geography project group.
4 - 5 pm
I'm logging in for my drum class. I've been learning how to play drums for a while. I received the notes for a Bon Jovi's song last week and I've been practicing it daily.
Done for today. I'm excited about tomorrow because I get to practice football drills with my team.
